Re: Grrrrrrr....who brought the donuts :(

starryday, the next time your boss sends you on a donut run, come back with a veggie tray, a fruit tray, little mini bagels & low fat cream cheese. I bet next time the whole office will want that. Given a choice most people will choose to eat healthy. I think anyway.

i feel your pain. some guy walked by my office door the other day and said, "i dropped off some fat pills for you girls!" i go in the kitchen, to refill my water, and there it is. the fat pill....a huge double chocolate cheesecake!!! i didn't have one piece. there are three pieces left and i will toss them in the trash if they are still there tomorrow!

i thought, "if i filled a garbage can full of all the "free" high cal food i could eat at work or events? it would be so huge. before i could not resist something that was free. but now i look at it like it is not free at all. it cost me a lot!!

hang in there! you wanna be thin before the holidays so we can say, "oh no thanks" we will be pros and not even think twice about it. just go look in the mirror and say "ahhhhhh you're hot" :)

Bring No-Pudge brownies to share.  They're made with no-fat vanilla yogurt, come in several different flavors, and are fantastic.  Don't tell your office mates that the brownies are healthy and they'll never guess.

    Oh what willpower!  You go!

Donuts are one of my favorites, thank goodness my office is so small we rarely have anything like that around.

Girlfriend, let me tell you, I am a Fight attendant for a very  popular airline and I am offered  chocolate everyday by passengers and pilots. They think I am crazy when I say I don't eat that **** They say chocolate does not count. I had a pax offer me mint Malanos the other day and I almost crumbled. I did not !!!It Its so hard!!!! In a world that people think we can eat anything, it is hard to say no to things like chocolate. I hate when someone needs a seatbealt extention. I do not offer it as I know I have struggled w/ my own weight and I have seen many fit into the seatbelt w/ out needing the extention. I have been grawled at for offering it!You cannot sit in the emergency exit row and require a seatbelt extention on my airline, nor can you preboard and sit in the emergency exit row. I love my airline, however, I am put in a hard situation when people who are overweight want to push the issue. We all know we are obese or overweight and we need to deal w/ it. When an over wing exit row Pax offered me chocolare covered prezels, I said, I do not eat that **** I am on a plan the Alli Plan and she was inspired and said, if you can do it, so can I.  She said she would start it too!Good luck girlfriends!!!Mary
