    Troubles

    I am having a problem getting enought Calcium, Carbs, and Iron in my diet.  Are there any suggestions on some things that I can add into my diet.  I am a little afraid to eat cheese b/c I don't want the TE.

    Fat-free yogurt is great.  Watch the calories.  There are huge differences in brands.
