    I just had the grilled chicken sandwich from Mcdonalds...everything I have read says it is 9 grams of fat,but how many grams if I got it with no mayo? I am thinking it would be around 4 or 5 less but I would like to know for sure. Can anyone help???

    Hi Smh1967,

    I looked this up in the Calorie King book. According to this, the Chicken McGrill sandwich has 16 grams of fat with mayo and 5 grams of fat without mayo. Is this what you ate?

    you can go to Mcdonald's website and go to a bag a meal and you can customize the sandwich and it will tell you how much fat.
