I slice up a banana and drizzle Hershey or store brand (some have sugar free and FF) chocolate syrup over it. A few roasted peanuts and a plop of FF Cool Whip. It is like having a Banana Split without the guilt. The chocolate syrup really hits the spot!

This weekend, I ate 1/2 a snickers bar. I just worked it into my cal for the day.
Gotta have enough will-power to only eat 1/2 or else you have just eaten a whole meal of calories.
Hi! When I need a chocolate fix, I get the sugar-free candies. They have almost all the named brands of the chocolate. I don't know the fat grams in it. But if you eat what it says on the package & stick w/it, then you'll be all right.
