i started the first week of july. I lost 4 pounds is two weeks and now at a stand still.
i have been following the diet recipes on the internet, because i just don't have the time to sit and count calories and fat grams. it is much easier to look on the net and get the menus and shopping list. it is really easy that way and the recipes are fast so my the time i get home from work at fix meals it isn't 8pm at night. i'm lucky because my husband will eat most of the eals i prepare. the problem is do the recipes move you from Phase I to Phases II and III? Does anyone know?
I don't have alot of time for exercise, with working and meal plannin. the only time I have to exercise is on the weekends. it would be nice if I had someone to motivate me into walking any other time.
I'm 5'2" and now 194 pounds, I started gaining weight after my children were born. I did try weight watchers way back and went from 175 pounds to 118 pounds. i had kept the weight off for 2 years they became stupid and before you know it the weight was back and them some. i sure do hope the Alli pills work. i haven't had any "treatment effects" so I'm really glad about that. i work in an attorney's office so it wouldn't be good to have an oops there.
I really would like someone to talk to to keep me on the right track. hope to fine a friend.
