    Re: When to take Alli

If Alli blocks 25% of your fat and you have a meal with 3 fat grams, Alli blocks 3/4g. That is about 6 calories worth of fat blocked. Is that worth the 50 cents for the pill? I'm thinking not. My personal limit is that I will eat my breakfast as low-fat as possible but if it's 4g or less, I won't take Alli. I will just take it with lunch and supper - and if either of those whole meals is 4g or less, I will skip it then, too. I don't expect that very often but the NutriSystem foods are pretty low in fat and if you have them with an undressed salad and non-fat dairy, you're probably at 2g on some of those meals.

    Re: When to take Alli

I have a question about the meal plan.  I am suppose to keep my fat to 17 grams, but if I am right all the meals are over that.   Am I suppose to use their meal plan. If so, what about the fat in the plan.

That sounds like a great idea! I would like to know what Sylvia has to say to this one. It makes sense to me!
