    Good Morning

    I tried posting yesterday twice but got rejected for legal reasons.  They could be a little more vague.  I reread my post and didn't see anything wrong with it.  Maybe the ticker in my post but I've seen others post a ticker. This board drives me nuts....oh...I better get another cup of coffee cuz im a little on edge today.  I walked 3.5 miles yesterday and 3 so far today.  I also upped my goal for the month to more like 60-65 miles for a month since 50 isnt really a challenge cuz I do that now.  Ok...i gotta get some laundry done and finish making my dog collars.

    I'll try to post on the walking challenge thread again, minus the ticker.  See you all tomorrow.

    Good morning all,

    I didn't check in for a couple of days.  Ooops.  Well, I've been walking (more walking) and still going to Curves.  I've added some time at Curves now and my cardio/strength is working well there.  I truly push myself around the circuit.  A woman asked me why I sweat so much, and I was biting my tongue trying not to say, well, if you worked out instead of just looking like it then maybe you would sweat too.  But I didn't say that, I was nice and told her I was hot.

    Today, Saturday, I walked 1.38 miles, first time for me on a Saturday to do any exercise, so I was thrilled.  I joined the 30-Day Challenge and am committed to working hard at it.

    Welcome to the newcomers.  Everyone is welcome.  This is a great place to come and post your daily exercise and have a little fun too.

    Jo, your ticker is not allowed anymore.  I think it's ridiculous, this illegal stuff.  But rules are rules and I guess we have to abide by them.  Congrats on your walking.  I'm going to try and up my daily waking in the next few days. What kind of dog collars do you make?  Are they for your pets?  Sounds interesting.

    Hi all! It looks like our numbers are dwindling here!! I hope everyone is just too busy exercizing they don't have time to visit and post daily!!

    I did a 6 mile walk in 78 minutes today. I did do a jog pace at 5.5mph every 2miles for 1/4 of a mile distance. Otherwise I was walking between a 3.5-4.0 mph pace. I was so bored as I had to do treadmill due to rain  showers this morning. Thats a long time to be stuck on a treadmill! It would be an understatement to say I was happy when that walk was over with! I then did a short ab segment and a LONG stretch!

    I am hoping we have dry, sunny weather tomorrow so I can get outdoors and walk early. I am going to do a more relaxed pace as I am kinda burnt out after accumulating almost 14 miles in 3 days. Plus I have to lift weight tomorrow too!

    Jo and Carol, the weird thing is I continue to see those tickers on others postings on various threads. I guess no busy-body have pushed the 'report' button to complain. I think sometimes people just look for happy peoples' posts and try to make their life miserable just for kicks!! I know how irritating it is to spend time and thought writing a post only to have someone 'deem' it inappropriate.

    Good morning everyone!

    Well, I haven't checked in for a few days.  But I've been walking everyday, now for the past eight days, going to Curves some.  But am proud myself for actually walking over the weekend.  First weekend since I've started the plan.  I usually can come up with excuses not to walk,especially when my husband is home.  I hope I'm over that way of thinking now. 

    Jo, we haven't heard from you in a couple of days, you must be busy.  Carol Jo, great walking, 6 miles!!!  Awesome!!

    Let's don't give this thread, I need all the accountablity I can get.  I truly believe the Alli message boards one of the reasons I haven't given up.  I tend to do that, so easily.  So let's do it everyone!!
