I didn't check in for a couple of days. Ooops. Well, I've been walking (more walking) and still going to Curves. I've added some time at Curves now and my cardio/strength is working well there. I truly push myself around the circuit. A woman asked me why I sweat so much, and I was biting my tongue trying not to say, well, if you worked out instead of just looking like it then maybe you would sweat too. But I didn't say that, I was nice and told her I was hot.
Today, Saturday, I walked 1.38 miles, first time for me on a Saturday to do any exercise, so I was thrilled. I joined the 30-Day Challenge and am committed to working hard at it.

Jo, your ticker is not allowed anymore. I think it's ridiculous, this illegal stuff. But rules are rules and I guess we have to abide by them. Congrats on your walking. I'm going to try and up my daily waking in the next few days. What kind of dog collars do you make? Are they for your pets? Sounds interesting.
