Hi SallyMax, reading your message leaves some unanswered questions in my head, first off, how much weight are you doing 30 reps? And what was your starting weight? Remember, muscle weighs more then fat, so the more you work out, you loose inches (muscle is much smaller, but weighs more), but the fat weight loss goes down, because your gaining muscle, which is great, muscle burns calories quicker. And if your like only 20 or 30 pounds overweight, it will take you longer to lose, because you have less to lose, people who are like 100 pounds overweight, lose weight faster, till they get closer to their correct weight, then it does slow down.
