    Anyone else want to be 125 - 135 and currently between 175-200?

     Just thought maybe we can start a little group of us that are in the same now and "then" range for support!!

    I am 5'2, weigh 185 and have been on Alli for three (almost 4 - Wed) weeks and couldn't be more happy!

    Great idea! Count me in. I am 5'5 started at 185 and am now 179. I have been on Alli since 19th. I was 177 a few days ago, but I think I am retaining some water.  We will see what happens!

    I am happy with the plan too!

    Hi there...we are not far apart at all.  I am 5' 2.5" and started Alli at 186.  I have completed 4 weeks and weighed 177.4 at my last weigh in.  My goal weight is 135.  Though that is high for my height, I feel that it is more than enough.  I haven't seen that weight since high school....a little more than 20 years ago.

    I'm quite happy with my weight loss as I feel it has come off at a pace that I can keep.  I don't feel deprived in my food selection - like other diets.  I don't feel sick from the pills - like other pills.  I actually feel good most of the time.  I need to exercise more, but that will come.

    I started today! I am nervous. Any advice on the product? Also, do you use it three time a day? Do you take prior to, during or following your meals?

     I am 5'7" and 170 pounds. I want to get to 140, ideally. I gain almost all my weight on my butt, hips and thighs.

     Any advice anyone can give for this that will be beneficial is appreciated.

    How fast did you see the weight loss?

    Hello,

    Started my lowfat diet last week and increased my H20 to 64 ounces as well. Today I started Alli (buying at the warehouse store for the best price per pill).  5'4" and 185lbs. this morning.  I'd be happy at 150, but 135 is my goal.

     Let's keep the progress up and good luck to everyone!!  We're all going to do great!

    I am in.   I am 5'4".  I started at 190 pounds I am now down to 175, although I too was retaining water and bounced back up to 177 for a few days.   

    I have been on Alli since June 17th and I couldn't be more pleased.  I had a little bump in the road last week because I was traveling on business and couldn't find a place that served healthy food in my travels.    It was a real struggle, I tried to make good choices but I was a little over on calories and fat grams.    No big TE's though thankfully!

    I will try to be diligent and check in regularly.

    Im in too.  I am 5'4, weigh 204...down from 220....yay!!  Goal is about 140.  I have a large frame and anything under that and I can't maintain.

    I do!!!! I am currently 184. My ultimate goal is 135. That was where i was and happy!!! I'm only on week 2 of alli but i have been dieting since Jan 1st. I was @ 214!!!!! So i'm excited that i am 184. I am hoping alli will help me get to my goal. It is hard and i am a slow loser. I would love to have a group i can relate to & have the same goals!!!  Oh & i am 5'4

    I am 5'2" and my start weight was 201.  Today was my first weigh in after a week on Alli and I lost 4 1/2 pounds.  I have been on many different diets and I'm hoping this is the magic pill.  I hope to do a little more exercise this week, as I was pretty much a couch potatoe last week.  Good Luck to all.

    I am 5'4" and I weigh 168 now and my goal is 135 pounds.  I am taking my first Alli pill tomorrow.  I'm a little scared about the known side effects.  Any recommendations?  I'm going to have a bit of a struggle because I do NOT like vegetables.  I could, however, eat fruit all day long.

    Greetings.  I am 5"5.  Started at 195 four weeks ago.  I am now 181.  I'm not your typical follow-the-plan-to-the-letter dieter.  I have to do what fits into my needs and schedule or I can't live by it.  I do not journal, even though they say you should.  My breakfast the the same 3 meals every day, which I like, and I know they are not over 15 grams of fat in any way.  In fact, I don't come near the 15 grams on most any meal.  I would be intentially eating fat to lose fat.  That did not make sense to me. 

    I eat low fat at every meal.  I try to get protein in at every meal that I can.  I eat tons (and I mean tons) of veggies and fruits.  Oatmeal, 100% wheat bread, Cheerios, Subway subs w/low fat chips, chicken *** (even fast food grilled chicken ***) low fat popcorn, sweet potatoes, any low fat food food without a lot of calories.  Snacks are low fat/calorie also.  I can estimate approximately what the fat content total is and it's probably about 10 grams a meal.  I still take Alli w/every meal.  There is absolutely nothing that would make me stick to any plan like fear of the dreaded Treatment Effect.  Even w/my low fat diet, I still get very mild Treatment Effects.  Very mild - nothing to worry about not making it to the bathroom on time.

    I basically am sticking to the program but I just don't have to time or patience for extra things I'm supposed to be doing, but, for some this is what they need.  I am very happy w/the results.  Just wish it was 3/4 months into it already.

    I am sooo in I am just starting today. I am 5'3 and 197 I am hoping to get somewhere between 135 to 125 as that was my weight 6 years ago. It sounds like everyone is doing great so far keep up the good work!!!

    I Am 5'5'' 190 but 3 weeks ago I was 210 lbs.I started the diet on June 21st and I have lost 20 lbs already. I am eating good and taking the pills.It is working great.I just started having treatment effects in the last two days and had not had any before that!! Not sure why that happened.I am eating the same.Well, I will be continuing the diet and just bought my refill pack. Good luck everyone.Here we come 135 !!!

    I’m in…  I started on 29 June - 5'0' / 210 and would love to be 125 – 135.  After my weigh in on Friday I was at 203, down 7 lbs. I'm proud of myself, even if no one can see that the 7lb is missing.  Only 65 pounds to go. Where I can see the biggest difference is in my clothes. 

     

    I don't know about you guys, but I'm in the gym 5 - 6 days/week and I think that is paying off just as much as the ALLI.

     

     I don’t really feel like I’m on a diet, because there are so many varieties of good foods that we can have.  I was never a fast food junkie, so I don’t miss that.  I’ve feel like I’ve adjusted quite well to the plan.  Even more so since my husband is on the plan, he is down about 25lbs in the same period of time.  But he has a lot further to go, he started at 342 and would like to some where around 200.   Good luck to everyone  Kay

    Hello I am 4'11 and 188. I started on July 7 and already lost 8 pounds (180). My Goal is 125 pounds. Good Luck Everyone :)
