    too many calories

I have been on the Alli plan since the week of July 4th and am exercising, journaling, and had lost 2 lbs. as of my first check-in on 7/13.  My plan put me on 1800 calories which I knew for me was too much, so I have been eating 1200 to 1300 and around 40 g of fat.  The meal plan would be much more helpful if I could get it redone to match what I am actually doing...is there some way to change the plan to fewer calories in the computer?  Thanks for your help.

    Re: too many calories

The calories and fat recommendations are based on the information entered into the personal calculator so they are individualized.  You can re-enter the information if you think there is an error.

Otherwise, the Alli Plan - food, activity, journaling - is meant to be follow as designed, rather than to have it work the other way around.  Since you've changed the structure of the program (the amount of fat and calories), there's no way to change the computer -- unless there was an error in the information that was entered in the beginning as I mentioned above.

    I hope this helps.
