My official first day as well! I weighed in at 236.4 and I would love to get to and maintain between 155-165. I keep trying to explain to my BF that I cannot eat a lot of fat with meals and he then proceeded to cook me a "grilled" chicken breast soaked in butter! He has recently lost weight and I think he is afraid of me losing weight! Every time I would try and start a diet, between him and his mother, they would always cook something fattening and say, "Oh, a little bit won't kill you! Just start fresh in the morning!" etc.... I have a four month old little boy and my mother died very young (41) of a stroke so I need to get healthier so that I can be here for my angel and future grandangels. Good luck to all of you, I also feel that the TE's are what will keep me in line....I'm too busy to worry about having to find a bathroom!!
