Hey there!
I'm in college, too.. and been working on the plan for a few weeks now.
The first few weeks seem to demonstrate what kind of a "loser" you are.. atleast for me. I read posts all the time about people starting out and losing like 4-10 pounds right away.. yea. That's not me hahah. I've been consistent though and lost 2 pounds one week, then 1, then 2 again.. So I'm at 5lb lost altogether.. I was hoping it'd go faster since I work out almost every like a maniac but that's the way it goes, I guess.
