Starting Weight: 150
Current Weight: 141.5
I'm more than impressed with this plan! I've got about 12 pounds left to go, but will be at my original goal in only 6.5 more pounds, which will make 15 total lost. :)
Not too shabby considering the final 10-15 are usually the hardest. I imagine it will slow down a bit from here.
