I agree - discouraging - at least you LOST weight this week - I had been losing 2 lbs each week and then last week I stayed the same, and this week when I stepped on the scale, I'd GAINED 4 lbs!! Holy cow!!  Of course, when I think back on my week, I wasn't very mindful of my diet and only took Alli a few times during the week - so, don't give up - the scales are going in the right direction for you!  I am re-dedicating myself to do better - buying another bottle tomorrow so I don't run out and will keep with it - I liked seeing the scale go down each week, no matter how little...it was still a step in the right direction!

    DON"T QUIT

I am 35 and have been struggling with my weight since I was 17.  This is the first diet plan that doesn't give you any false promises.  You didn't gain your wait over night so you are not going to lose it over night.  It is a slow process but if you hang in there it will be well worth it.

I have lost 12 lbs & 1 pant size!!!  I am thrilled to death.  Just believe in yourself and it will happen!!!

Princess....glad to see you haven't thrown in the towel.

Something I didn't see addressed was the fact that muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so it's quite possible that you added some muscle with all that exercise and replaced the fat you lost.

Thankfully, muscle requires more fuel, so as you gain muscle it will "eat up" fat, so at some point you'll show a big loss.  Just hang in there!

I'm glad Betty suggested upping your water intake.  It seems to be the magic formula for keeping me from swelling during these hot humid summer days.  I can't seem to get enough right now. :-)

     Take care!
