    men and alli

any guys using this stuff? I just bought for myself (i'm a guy, duh) but it seems there are just women posting here. Anyone know if the Alli works better for women than men in any of the studies?

I agree. All but one testimonial I have read are from women. I am a woman however, I want to get my husband onboard with Alli too.

    Re: men and alli

I'm a guy and I am on the plan and following it  just as detailed, it is working for me,I have stopped losing weight, but with the excercise program I am on my BMI is dropping and I am gaining muscle massand leaning out.The plan does work, just be aware

of "Treatment Effects" is you exceede you allowed fat intake, if you follow the plan and stay commited it will work, this is not a "QUICK PLAN" IT TAKES TIME AND COMMITMENT.good luck. There does seem to be more women posting, but the info they share does help, and remember we are guys and it's a little harder for us to admit we need to "loose a few lbs"sometimes pride gets in the way for us and we won't ask the questions or share our stories

Keep your eye on the prize and never give up,you can accomplish anything if you are truley commited

    Re: men and alli

Since 5 Jan 09, I've gone from 216 lbs to 195 lbs using Alli and staying away from fats and starches like; pasta, potatos, all booze, and breads. So I eat 5-6 small meals / day, approx 300 calories each and space them out over the day. Never get hungry and eat loads of fiber; fruits, veg, oat meal. I usually make a one yoke omlette for breakfast as protein and eat lots of fish throughout the day in the form of smoked salmon or sardines in mustard sauce on wasa crackers and lean fish or chicken for dinner. Just drink lots of water, water, water !!! It will come off really quickly, amazing !
