10.5 pounds here. It's not exactly the first week...because the first week I was only taking the pills for 4 days. That week I lost 7.5. This morning, with another weigh in, I was down another 3 for a total of 10.5 since July 9th.
I don't expect it to continue at this pace. It surely didn't go on that fast, so I don't expect it to come off that fast.
I recommend exercise. Dieting alone, without exercise is not going to give you results as much as dieting with exercise. Even a half hour walk around the neighbourhood is good enough.
