    First Week Weigh-In

    WOW..WOW..WOW..I lost 7 pounds my first week and have had no side effects and since I have been eating every 3 hours, I'm never hungry!  I know the first week is always alot of water weight loss, but I'm not loking a gift horse in the mouth!

    Congratulations songbird i only lost one POUND!!!very discourage going back and over the plan to see what i did wrong.....

    I lost 4!! and I haven't even started taking the alli pills yet. I bought them two weeks ago and I haven't been very good at sticking to my fat grams so I wanted to make sure that I am ready so all week I have been watching what I eat and journaling everything I am hoping to start taking the pills this friday because I want to start on a weekend just to make sure!

    I "officially" lost 1lb. since registering on this site (in a week) but actually started Alli 5 days prior to that and had lost 3lbs. My goal is a total of 25lbs. I don't care how long it takes, as long as Alli helps me eat low-fat and healthy food, I consider that a success in itself!

    Congratulations to all you *losers*!  :)

     I "only" lost 1.5 pounds in the first week, but I consider that an accomplishment, not something to be discouraged about.  Alli is my helper, but not the main factor... the main factor is that I am watching what I eat, exercising a little more, and holding myself accountable TO ME.

    Today was my first weigh-in, too! 8 pounds down for me. Only 64 more to go! :-)

    Today was my 1st weigh in and check in.  I lost 2LBS and not the 1st TE !!  WOHOO!!  I wish it could have been more like the rest of you BIG LOSERS    =+).......but I am happy with my 2LBS.  I know it did not go on over night and won't come of over niight.  My goal for this week is to try and get a little more exercise in--I am currently doing about 1 hour a day (5 days  a week) walking 2 miles and doing Curves in the morning.  So I am hoping that will bump up my weight loss a little next week. I hope everyone has a great week and will post again next week!

    Congratulations! Just did my weigh in and I lost 4 lbs. I am having problems trying to get in 1800 calories because I am not a big eater (just always ate the wrong things). Perhaps I will try the eating something every 3 hours. So far I am very pleased!

     10.5 pounds here.  It's not exactly the first week...because the first week I was only taking the pills for 4 days.  That week I lost 7.5.  This morning, with another weigh in, I was down another 3 for a total of 10.5 since July 9th.

    I don't expect it to continue at this pace.  It surely didn't go on that fast, so I don't expect it to come off that fast.

     I recommend exercise.  Dieting alone, without exercise is not going to give you results as much as dieting with exercise.  Even a half hour walk around the neighbourhood is good enough.

    Way to go on your weight loss! I think you've done fantastic! This was my week's first weigh in too! I'm glad to stay I've lost 6lbs. I've been sticking to the plan faithfully! I started at 195 weighted in at 189 today and I have 50 more to go! I'll even take ounce losses because eventually they add up to a lb! LOL

    It's actually been about ten days for me, but I've dropped roughly 3-4lbs.  I mentioned this to my mother once, telling her it didn't seem like much.  Her advice to me:  Go to the grocery store produce section.  Grab a plastic bag and go to a scale.  Fill it up with 3 (or 4, or 5, or whatever!) lbs of potatoes or apples or whatever.  Then grab the bag.  How does that feel???????  WOO HOO!

    Down 4 lbs in week one.  I'm pretty happy with that.
