Alli meal plan online has good stuff (some have lengthy ingredients). Try any of the newer Weight watcher Cookbooks. I have a few. Although I don't follow Weight Watchers per say, I find their cookbooks to be useful. They even have a cookbook that is broken down by ethnic foods. The recipes are meant to replace restaurant food cravings. I would suggest Amazon.com for best prices. Just search low fat cookbooks.
