You sound just like a buddy I could use.
I also started taking alli on June 15. So far as of today have only lost 8lbs.
I have done everything right. I go to curves 5 days aweek. Write my cals down and fat grams at eachh meal and take Alli. I thought alli would help me alot better then it is. Im will not stop. I weigh 1 day a week which is on Friday.
My cals are 1200 and -8-12 grams of fat at each meal.
I do think this week will up my cals by 100 and up cals to 10-14 grams each meal.
YOu and your hubby are doing great. I like to lose 60lbs. that would but me at 112lbs.
But first goal is to get back to what I was before I gained. 60. and that would be back to 125. and then to 112.
