I'm 36 years old, I'm 5'4" and weigh 222 lbs. I would love to be in this support system! I am a mother of 4 children, 3 are special needs. I basically have struggled with weight for a long time. I have a lot of stress and when I find the time to eat I would grab for something not good for me. I basically live on coffee and cigarettes.(something I want to quit)
I dont eat alot of food, I think that is part of the problem. My metabolism is probably very slow. Do I have to eat 1800 cals a day? If I can force in like 1200 to 1500 cals a day will that be ok? Also, do I need to eat all that fat? I am affraid of the effects. My goal is to be 135-140 lbs.
I am starting on my treadmill today. Something I havent been on in a long time. My check-in day is Friday. I'll let you all know how I did. I am keeping a food journal.
By the way I live in Maine. Is there anyone near me that is interrested in walking? I live in York County.
