    Hello,

     I'm 36 years old, I'm 5'4" and weigh 222 lbs. I would love to be in this support system! I am a mother of 4 children, 3 are special needs. I basically have struggled with weight for a long time. I have a lot of stress and when I find the time to eat I would grab for something not good for me. I basically live on coffee and cigarettes.(something I want to quit)

    I dont eat alot of food, I think that is part of the problem. My metabolism is probably very slow. Do I have to eat 1800 cals a day? If I can force in like 1200 to 1500 cals a day will that be ok? Also, do I need to eat all that fat? I am affraid of the effects. My goal is to be 135-140 lbs.

    I am starting on my treadmill today. Something I havent been on in a long time. My check-in day is Friday. I'll let you all know how I did. I am keeping a food journal.

    By the way I live in Maine. Is there anyone near me that is interrested in walking? I live in York County.

    Looking forward to the support and weightloss!

    I want to be a buddy. I started last Sunday with a weight in of 222 at 5’2”.  My goal is 150.My weigh in is Monday.  I was 200 for a few years and came down with a virus a few months ago, went to the Dr. a few weeks ago and was shocked I had gained 20 lbs in a few months.  I had no energy, but just being on Alli for a week and eating right has made a big difference.SW: 222Christmas Goal: 199Long Term: 150We are here to help each other!Nancy

    Hey! I started out at 194 and my goal is 150!!! I am very excited about this goal... I am currently at 186 and I have been on Alli for about two weeks, but did a week of "trying the 15 grams" of fat... haha! any way if you need encouragement I am here!!!

    Great first week.   I will be happy with a weight lost of 1-2 lbs per week from here on out!

    ok everyone i guess i put down a weight i was wishing for when i was 20.  My current weight is 216.

    Hi everyone!

    Hey Grandmakc we all dream may as well dream big right? Your doing great! My check in day is Friday, God, I hope I have done well!

    Anyone losing their appetites? I have only been doing this for 5 days and find myself making myself eat just to take the pill. I guess that is good since I was a meal skipper and quicky snacker. I am so anxious to see how I have done but, I have resisted the urge to get on the scale in hopes I will get a big surprise!

    I would be glad to be all your diet buddies! I have tried this alone for too long and need all the support I can get.

    Is there anyway of contacting people through email ect? I use yahoo but until I know its ok I wont put an email address.

    I hope you are all well and working hard towards your goal. I will be back on Friday with a report!

    I had my first weigh-in. I am now 214. I lost 8lbs. I actually was 226 the week prior and started eating better before starting the Alli program. I am happy with 8lbs. gone!  I want to encorporate exercise though. I will just have to squeeze it in somewhere.
