didn't take the alli with lunch because I was in a situation where I had a slice of veggie pizza out with my boyfriend's mother and we were not going to be near a restroom for hours. How bad is it to not take it once and a while? I know consistancy is key, but in that kind of situation, isn't it better to be safe than sorry? Also, should I take it with dinner now or just stat again in the morning?

Let me tell ya - I tried that when I went out of town after only a week and a half on Alli, I did the best I could while I was out of town, but I failed. I even tried only taking Alli with ONLY the meals I knew were under 15g of fat... somehow Alli got to the rest of my food, and I suffered TE's for two days - only one actual 'accident' (Thank God I was at a friend's house, and alone, with a change of clothes!!!) but I, for one, would NOT recommend having any meals with more than that amount of fat ever if you want to avoid TE's. I haven't had any since.
If you HAVE to eat a high fat meal, I'd wait at least 24 hours until your next pill, even though the moderator says to take it with the very next one... wonder if she/he's tried it? TE's are 'crappy' :)
Hope this helps!
