This is the last day of this month and a new one starts.
I read that in paper. someone gave me it from curves.I need to do dishes but will have daughter do them tonight. Im so tried today. No curves. But think I will try to do tredmil 10--20 mins.
On my weigh in Friday was nonthing. Stayed the same. Maybe this week.a loss.

But I was rejected by them. Dont know why.

Im trying to drink more water.
At walmart in Valpo. I found a fat free muffins and they are small and 120 cals. very good and filling.
I also found fat free refried beans. That is good on low fat and carb wraps.
also I like and it makes great meal with salad. by Smartones. Refried and bean rice. Very good.
I found some soups that are good to no fat to low.
I also like rice cakes. and I found some whole wheat muffins. 130 cals. and 1 gram fat.
weight watchers has bagals that are good. get light fat cream cheese. BOy I could go on.
I use George forman grill too.
