Happy with Alli so far. Anyone using slimfast along with the diet?

I have lost five pounds during my first ten days using Alli.  I thought I was ALREADY eating low fat and that portion size was my problem along with emotional eating.  The first five days I had no treatment effects and thought OK does this little pill really do anything?  Then I ate some Chinese food.  OH MY GOSH!! I will NEVER EAT CHINESE FOOD AGAIN.  I had no idea there was so much hidden fat in Sweet and Sour Chicken.  I experienced the treatment effects.  NOW I am really paying attention to what I put in my mouth!!  One episode of treatment effects was enough for me and what an incentive it is to really look at fat content before it goes in my mouth!  Guess I was living under a false comfort zone thinking I knew what was fat and what was not.

I have been drinking Slimfast Cappuchino in the mornings and for an occasional snack as it tastes a lot like a Starbucks Cappuchino cold and satisfies that need.  Is anyone else using Slimfast along with the diet?

Hi Splits!  Yes, I am on slimfast also (although I call it SlimSlow LOL).  I drink one for b-fast, and it's only 6 grams of fat, but I don't eat anything else with it.  I'm not really a b-fast person, so this is perfect for me.  I just drink the regular milk chocolate Slimfast.

    Yes,

I have it for breakfast and it keeps me full until lunch.  I mix mine with water because of intolerance to dairy and have been drinking it for some time.  It's very satisfying for a snack also.

Slimfast has a gluten free and lactose free chocolate shake.  Not all stores carry it but my 18 year old cannot have dairy or wheat so I buy it for him as a snack when he is on the run.
