    NO code in companion Guide....???

    I just purchased the(60 capsules) refill pack, and to my dismay, the spot where the code should be is BLANK! What now? I went to the "contact us" and sent an email.... anyone else had this happen, and if so what did the company do about it? I'm not very happy at the moment considering if I can't register the new bottle, I lose access to the website =C We leave for Disney World this week, and I would really like to register before we go.... Any info will help. Thanks.

    Hi my name is Melissa too and let me tell you that look forward to losing 9 or 10 pounds while walking all over Disney World. I walked for 5 days and lost those pounds. Wish I could go back again and again.

    correction, it was the 120 capsule refill pack....

     Have you tried calling their 800# (I think it's an 800# ), may get a faster response (but who knows!).  I just purchased the 150 count starter kit (another starter kit, cheaper than the refills) and my registration # was there (thank goodness).

     I'm still trying to find out about this 12-month free subscriptions that Pat Baird mentioned on the other board a while back - so far - no response :(

    When I got my pills, etc...I went to register the code and it said the code was incorrect, so after trying like 4-5 more times I ended up calling them and they gave me a new code over the phone.  I think the number I called was 1-877-469-2554.  Hope this helps
