     Hi Pat,

    Looks like we  are the only ones talking. ha.

    My week 4 which was July 6  I lost 2lbs more. FOR ONE month 7lbs.

    Now Im going on week 5.Just got back from curves and I went to walmart In Valpo.I bought another bottle of ALLI.

    iM GOING TO START using my tredmil at least 3 days aweek and see how that does.

    yOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT i SAW  IN MY BM.??  Fat  THE SIZE OF A PENNY. { WHITE} now isn't THAT SOMETHING WE ARE LOOKING AT OUR bm MORE. HA.

     YOU know to  for about a week or so. I see little bubbles floting. I wonder if that is clear fat bubbles.??

     Hope we get more gals here to talk./

    Have you gotten a new bottle yet for Alli.?

    Take care and hope all is well.

      How many fat grams do u have? Mine is around 12 for each meal or less.& 1200 cals.

    Hello there - I live in Indianapolis and have been doing alli for five weeks and lost about eight pounds.  And yes I am doing curves to get moving - I run over to Curves during lunch and it seems to work for me to get some exercise into my day.

    hi janet,

    i haven't had to buy a new bottle yet since i usually only take one with dinner, and sometime with a snack if it has fat in it.  i usually eat kashi go lean cereal most mornings, with skim lactose free milk, and some berries, sometimes i'll have a ww bagel which is low in fat high fiber and protein with some ff butter spray and fruit, same with my lunch pretty low fat, so from what betty the dietitiion said i don't take one then, dinner i usually have 12-15gr of fat, i usually stick around 1200calories. 7 lbs in a month is great!   wishing you continued succuss!

     Hi Pat and Nancy.

    How are you both? Glad you are with us Nancy. I got my hair cut today and Wed. going to color it AUburn, Got so bored with long hair.

    Now I look sexy. ha Im doing good with diet. Have to kick in and drink more water. and still need more exerice other then curves.

    I go to curves 5 days aweek. and go around 3 times.

    Im going to start kicking those machines harder too. One thing I talk to much. ha

    We got the stepper and the strenching cube and I love it. Do you all find when using Alli you are not as hurgery?

    I have to up my cals some. today around 780..

    I have been getting ww dinners to. I eat a big salad for lunch with fat free dressing.@T> and 4 oz. grilled chicken *** and little cheese. AND I like those soups too. low fat. and rice cakes.

    YOU know there really is alot of stuff to eat that is low fat to none. BUT I guesse you have to watch sugars.

    I like diet pop too. and  ice tea.. I love that ff butter too.

     I like whey shakes that curves sells. BUT not the curve shakes. and I like vanilia soy milk.

    You can have nice size low fat wraps too.

    I love subway.

    YOU just have to really watch lables and serving size.

    I usally take 2 pills.  a day unless I have something more the 5 grams. then i take another.

    I like egg beaters too and fat free cheese.

     Im gald we are talking. Wish they had a chat room.

    Will it is getteing late. SO hope you both have a great week and when you report I hope a loss. BUT If at a stand still just keep going and work harder.

    Lets see how we do at end of the year.

    I think by then we all will know how this alli works.

    BUT I will most likely keep doing the low fat. and still have a pill when I think I need.

    Boy wish they sent out coupons.

    But at least it help me get back to losing . I hope to be 125 by Jan.1st. and then another 10-15lbs.

    Nancy how do u like curves??

    Hi Janet,

    Getting a new hair cut and color can be a big boost in confidience.  i just got mine cut to, but it was because it was too chorline damaged, so now it's shoulder length.  have you tried going for a walk in the evening when it cools down some, i try to take the twins out for a walk every evening around 8, usually it's cooler by then and it helps to pass the evening and settles them down before they go to bed at 9.

    they have a real nice walking track at that fairground park, in valpo, if you ever up that way, i sometimes do that before i go to town and country to do my grocery shopping.

    i was doing pretty good with my eating and exercise until yesterday when i had to make a trip out to Riley's children's hospital, in Indy,  for an appointment for one of my twins. it just make for a long day having to drive 3hrs there, then 1 1/2 hrs to have test done, and see dr. then 3 hrs back to home.  i took 3 of my other kids with and they behaved so well, i was so happy. but when i got home one of my older sone had bought pizza since he said he knew i'd be to tired to cook, so needless to say i ate 2 pieces but was afraid to take a pill fearing the TE, and had to go to work today, anyways with the crappy weather yesterday i didn't get a walk in either, and just felt plan exhausted. but today i got back on track.  let us know how your weigh in goes. maybe in the fall when we all hit our goal weight we could meet for lunch someplace that serve healthy food(applebee,chilli's or someplace else)and celebrate together.{just a thought} 

    so when you bought the pills again did you buy the larger refill pack? when i bought the starter back i noticed at walmart they were a little cheaper that way. good luck on your weigh in! hope to hear back from you soon!

    Hi  pat.

    I just came back from curves.

    Having a diet pop. My weigh in was a whole 1lb. Now 8 lbs in 5 weeks. Oh well there goes the thought of losing 3lbs this week. ha. 1lb is better then none.

    Hope By end of the next 3 weeks I will have lost 5-8. BUT heey I will keep moving. and watching my fats.

    You sound like a busy lady.

    That would be nice to meet. when we hit goal.
    I wonder how nancy did this week? Hope we get  more gals to talk. That is why A chat room would be so nice.

    I got the refil bottle 120 pills at Valpo. walmart. Im going to see how this does for me. Maybe 1 more bottle after this.

    I dont really see how it helps you lose more. Like I lost 1lb. Alli shou;ld have help me with at least another lb. ha.

    I should start walking in evening when cooler, or at least go down and do tredmil.

    or something. How is your work outs??

    The only time I get out your way in Valo. is when I go to Dr.

    . I feel good now that Im exericing and losing even if it is slow.

     I have to make short but talk later.

    Hi Janet,

    i would be thrilled with 8lbs in 5 wks, if i lose 1 lb this week that will only be 4lbs in 5 wks for me, so see i'm jealous and your a little disappointed; it just goes to show you we all preceive things differently.  me& my friend took my 8&9 and her daughter and went to Lake wood rogers park in valpo, we walked the trails and went out on the paddle boats for an hour. still hoping to get a 1/2hr walk in a little while with the twins in the double stroller.  My dr. is in valpo. too, in that newer complex across from the payless/target complex.  i've got 2 little ones crawling all over me now so i better be going. Keep up the good work, always good hearing from you!

    hi janet i was glad to hear back from you on the other message board, i wish we lived closer to each other then we could be walking partners too. bamj111 is my address at yahoo.com so give it a try . hope to hear back from you soon. and like you i'm not giving up! i'm going to continue with the alli for another month until school starts then i'm hoping that i'll be able to get to the gym for some intense cardio,( i know that the walking is good but my body is just to use to it needs that change)& with the kids in school i won't be as tempted to snack either. take care.      Hi Pat.Just ate a weight watchers meal with 1 rice cake. Im full. Did curves and had a good work out. Didnt talk as much. ha

    I think I will get my exerice ball out and maybe also do few ab crushes. Daughter and I have few dishes to get done and run the vacume.

    I heard that they had something in the paper today on Alli? Did you see it?I didnt.

    I think tonight I will make me a whey shake with fruit and soy milk. That will up cals and add little more fat.

    I think I will call and make my apointment for Dr. next month. Im going to ask him what he thinks about upping my alli take 2 pills each meal instaed of 1.But boy that check book. ha.

     i wish we had a chat room.I would like to get others to talk to and see how they are doing.

    So hard to lose weight and so fast to put on.

    hi janet,

    from what i recalled reading about taking 2 alli pills is that it only increase the blocked fat amount to 30% , which is a pretty big expense for just an addition 5%.  i read that in one of betty's posts. i had bought some of these Rival soy bars and shakes and they were really plesant tasting low in calories and high is soy protein, low fat, but with having the IBS it's not a good thing for me, since soy comes from soybeans which means a lot of gas for me. i know they'll never give us a chat room, but if you re-read my posts to this board you'll see another way to reach me if your interested.  lately they are being overly cautious on the posts since they shut down that one message board regarding the trailer park. well i better get busy cleaning, i just got home from work at 12:30 fe the twins , got them down for naps, and my 8 &9 yr just got done eating lunch, they started summer school yesterday so they don't get home until after 12;30. talk with you soon. patty

     Lost another 2lbs. ending week 7. Now going into 8  week. Hope for another 2lbs.

    Hi Pat

    Looks like we are the only Valpo girls . Wish we could find more.

    All is well here. The weather finally broke with the heat.Have windows open.

    Should clean after i write.

     I got on scale today. looks like I lost 4lbs. But I have been peeing alot.ha. Now to keep me off scale til Friday But looks like hope. ha

    The only think I have done was drinking more tea. and Im taking carb blockers.when I need.

    I sure hope That scale will be good to me friday. I started june 15. and I think this is week 10 for me??

    I did get another bottle>>3rd.

     we will see if I get 1 more. But you know. I think alli is more of a learning tool. and it can be done on own.

    we have to stop some where.
