What a lovely message~ I have to say honestly..I am more of a 'lurker' to this message board (and) have been wanting to try this diet.. I have been reading this message board diligently. I am about thirty pounds overweight . I have been slender all my life until recent years of yo-yo- ing.. Thirty pounds make not seem like much, but to someone who has never had to diet it is difficult. I appreciate you (and) the many others like you. Having this message board was a great idea for support and sharing,,and just informational purposes. Keep up the great work..Thank you, God Bless, Suzi
