Hi Rachel -
This is my third time trying to post this message to you - it's being deleted for "offensive content" and for the life of me I can't figure out what's so offensive about cartoons and measuring implements while eating out.
I've changed a few things again so hopefully the third time is the charm!
Have a good night!
Bobbi

Good Morning Rachel -
As you can see, I didn't get on the message boards again last night - after I checked all of my email it was pretty much time for bed :-) For future reference, I am definitely going to do as you do at restaurants - have them box 1/2 of the meal prior to table delivery. If they gave me a box to do it myself - it probably wouldn't happen. I really couldn't bring my measuring implements out because my husband would be moritified - he's grown accustomed to me bringing my own salad dressing and other condiments but I don't think he'd appreciate much more than that!! I love your story though - how wonderful that must've been - I bet the look on some people's faces was priceless!!
Good to see you got your swimming in once again! So, Atlanta - hot during the day and pleasant at night - sounds great - now what about humidity, any of that? You would think with monsoon season here that it would be nice after the rains, but that just isn't the case - it gets really muggy afterwards. So far this monsoon season has been a lot of heat and humidity, and not as much daily rain as usually happens. We didn't get a drop yesterday, so my dreary day never came - it was bright and sunny all day long. Supposed to rain today, but I really didn't notice any clouds. You definitely need to get those citronella candles - besides helping keep the mosquitos away it will look really nice around your pool. We have them around our porch in back and I like how it looks at night (not so sure if they really help with the bugs though :-)
That is pretty funny about the anime. As mentioned, I am definitely no expert, but I know what I like to watch. That's funny that you say your parents think you're perpetually six - my husband must think the same about me and I'm 40 years old :-) I'm always watching cartoons - just love them. My dogs must like them too, because when I leave the house I leave a tv on for them set to Cartoon network. I've never been to any type of conventions before (unless you count Beanie Baby conventions - also back in the day when they were popular) but it sounds like you have a really good time!!
You should have no problem reaching your first goal by September - you are doing very well with your program - and all that swimming!
Have a great Wednesday Rachel - talk soon!
Bobbi
