Forgot to take my alli pill!

I have been really consistant in following my plan and realized about an hour after my dinner that I never took my pill!  I wasn't sure if I should still take it at that point or just skip it all together for that meal.  What is the correct thing to do?

     Thank you!

flog yourself with a wet noodle?

You'll be fine.  Take your pill with your next meal.

     Good luck!

Oy .. a wet noodle ... that seems awefully harsh !!

Yep - don't give yourself an ulcer over missing a pill - in fact ... hmmmm I forgot to take one with dinner tonight !!!!!!!!  Sometimes I'm so bright - I scare myself :)

I had this happen today too!  Unfortunately twice, because I forgot to fill the little blue thingy this morning :(  I just took it with dinner when I got home tonight and stuck to plan and did not do too much damage, I hope.  Tomorrow is another day and the pill pod is loaded :)

Re: Forgot to take my alli pill!

I forgot to take mine too I found this answer in another thread:

"The mealtime dosing schedule (one hour before, during, or one hour after a meal) makes it easy to remember alli capsules. To help you remember, we recommend making alli a part of your pre-meal routine. Once alli and the routine have been paired several times, the association will become automatic. However, if a dose is missed, alli can be taken up to one hour after a meal and still be effective. The alli Shuttle™ carrying case is provided with the alli starter pack to enhance compliance and serve as a helpful reminder to take alli capsules with your meals."
