    I used a box of spice cake mix, 1/2 cup water, 15 oz. pumpkin, tsp of pure vanilla and a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice - put it into a rectangular silicon cake pan.  It's a VERY thick batter - almost too thick/heavy for the silicon - but it came out easy and it's not that bad.  I think next time I'll put in more spice !!
