Believe me, I have no willpower, either, but this plan gives you the necessary tools to develope it. I started with Alli exactly 7 weeks ago today, and have lost 20 pounds and a dress size. I faithfully record everything I eat. I have told our card playing friends about my diet, and they prepare low fat snacks now. Everyone is in on it with me. The exercising was the hardest part, but, little by little, I'm developing a routine. This past week I had no weight loss, but I didn't gain either, so I'm more committed to sticking to my guns. Keep up with it....it gets easier as you learn a new way of eating. This isn't like any other diet I've ever been on (that didn't work).....it's a whole new lifestyle. I find I like it, and when given a choice of a fast food, or fattening dish, I choose to eat the Alli way...it's tastier, just as filling, and I walk away from a meal feeling better...not bloated.
