i have been on it since tuesday, today is friday, i have lost 2 pounds

Hi Im new here and this is my first post.I have been taking alli for a week and so far have lost 5 pounds.

 Wow, Congrats to everyone who has lost that is what a newbie needed to hear....

Tomorrow is my first weigh in, but I peeked earlier today, haha. I lost 2 pounds, which was my goal for each week. I'm so very excited. Congrats everyone else who's experiencing weight loss.

Hi, I have lost 5 lbs in a week! And so far this week looks like its going to be about the same :)

I have lost 4 lbs in a week. I think that's really good... but I too think that its going to have to slow down soon.

First weight in--7 pounds.  I'm excited.  Don't know if the Alli helps but because I do not want side effects I am very cautious of going over my fat intake.  :)

 I'm so happy today was first weigh in and I have lost 8 pounds so far. I know that will slow down but as long as it keep going down instead of up i'll be over the moon.

 I have one week on the pills and have been following a diet, but no weight loss.  Is that a norm for the first week? Also have stepped up excercise since we live at the beach and the ocean temperature in warm,  I have been swimming & bodysurfing a LOT!  I think summer time is best for loosing weight with more daylight hours.

I've lost five pounds, I started the diet just under a week ago. Five pounds isnt a lot when you are 120lbs over weight, like me! The first 20 fluctuate a lot for me. 

 Today was my first official check in. So it has been 10 days and I have lost 14lbs.

 By the way how do I add my ticker to always be on my posts and page?

 That is excellent!  Best I've heard yet!  Have you figured out the ticker thing?  It looks like it's not done right.  Just click on the ticker and it takes you to the site and you can change the info again and copy and paste the code into your signature again and save it.  Then it will be there.
