Hi marjen, Yes, I've seen great results!  I started the program two months ago and It's been more successful than I'd hoped.  I haven't followed the menu plans but I've used them as a guideline and for some new ideas.  I DO follow the recommendation for calories, fat, protein, and carbs.  I've been working out lightly and just recently stepped-up my cardio.  I've lost over 30 pounds so far and I haven't felt this good in a long time.  My sister's wedding is October 10th and I know I'm going to have to be looking at those photos for decades to come.  I want to look good in them!  The program really works if you take your capsules and follow the basic outlines.

Re: Anyone seeing weight loss results yet?

I'm 39 years old, 5'4", SW 225.  I have been on alli for two and a half days, and, I have lost 1.7 pounds.  I had been doing one-hour workouts on the Wii Fit for about 10 days before starting the Alli pills.  I'd lost about 1.5 pounds with the Wii Fit prior to starting the alli pills.  The biggest thing for me was the shock of learning the outrageous amount of fat I had been consuming.  I really have learned a lot just by counting fat grams in the past two and a half days.  For example, I'd been eating salads at dinner time for a few days prior to starting the alli pills.  I was stunned to find out that the pecan pieces I'd topped the salad with were by themselves the total amount of fat I should have with a meal.  I was also putting gorgonzola cheese crumbles on the salad, and, those were pretty high in fat.  I now measure the gorgonzola and skip the pecans.  I was also surprised at how much fat was in a glass of milk.  This is the first time I have been motivated enough to switch to lowfat milk.  There were some positive surprises, too.  I can eat yogurt.  My Publix fruit yogurt only has 2 grams of fat.  By watching the fat grams, I'm actually coming in under my calorie goal (of 1800 calories) by about 100 calories, and, I'm actually starting to really cut back on fat, too.  Last night I made the meal from the booklet that came with the pills, a sauteed shrimp and garlic over pasta meal.  I had to force myself to finish it!  I am happy to find out that shrimp has barely any fat!  So, I'm really happy that I'm really learning something, really making a big change in my eating habits (that had gotten so out of control), and, I'm very pleasantly surprised to find that I'm not feeling tortured or deprived or hungry.  I thought for sure that cutting back on fat would leave me hungry, especially while cutting back on calories.  Also, I have IBS.  I was concerned that alli would make my IBS-related diarrhea even worse, but, it actually has put my IBS into remission for the first time.  I've had no diarrhea since starting the IBS.  I haven't had the cholic and pain I had before taking alli and cutting the fat from my diet.  I also feel like I have a good amount of energy and like my mood is good, too.  I really look forward to reaching my goal weight!!!

Just had my first check-in. 3.5 pounds lost after following alli for 10 days. Was not perfect during these days, but am getting better. Tracking seems to be the key for me.

Re: Anyone seeing weight loss results yet?

THIS IS MY SECOND BOTTLE, I STARTED THE PLAN LAST YEAR AROUND NOVEMBER FOR 3 MONTHS AND LOST 28 POUNDS. THEN I QUIT UNTIL JUST THIS PAST MONDAY AND ALREADY TOOK OFF 5 POUNDS. IT'S TAKING A WHILE TO WRITE DOWN EVERY CALORIES AND FATS, I DON'T USE THE RECIPES ON HERE MAKE MY OWN OR USE OTHER COOKBOOKS FROM TASTE OF HOME COOKING FOR 2 AND CHANGE THINGS THAT I BUY TO LOW FAT, NO FAT, FAT FREE, BUT BECAREFUL SOME THINGS TASTE STRANGE BUT IT'S WORKING OUT GREAT! THE ONLY DIET THAT EVER WORKED FOR ME SO I WILL KEEP IT UP! I WALK 60 MINUTS A DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ( NOT WEEKENDS ) WALKING BACK AND FORTH TO TAKE AND GET MY KIDS FROM SCHOOL HELPED ALOT. I TRY TO MAKE MY MEALS FOR THE WHOLE DAY (BREAKFAST =400 CALORIES + 12 TO 18 GRAMS FAT, (LUNCH =600 + 18 FAT, (SNACK =100 OR LESS + 3 FAT, (DINNER =600 + 18 FAT, THEN ONE MORE SNACK BEFORE BED 100 OR LESS + 3 FAT, THEN TAKE MY ONE A DAY WEIGHT SMART ADVANCED VITAMIN. I TRY TO STAY IN THE 1800 CALORIE RANGE EVERYDAY, BUT SO FAR THE WAY I'VE BEEN ON IT HAS BE WORKING FOR ME. REMEMBER TO DRINK WATER EVERYDAY, I HAVE 4 16OZ BOTTLED WATERS A DAY TO = 64OZ, SO GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!

Re: Anyone seeing weight loss results yet?

I started on the 27th of August and I've lost 4 pounds.  I think that's pretty good since the last time I used alli I hadn't seen much change but since following the fat and calorie guidelines it's been better.  Trying to keep a positive attitude and getting my exercise.  I've been using the exercise bike daily for about 30 minutes.  Good luck to everyone and have a wonderful day!

Re: Anyone seeing weight loss results yet?

I can not say enough good things about Alli. It helped me loose 35 pounds since the begining of the year. I went off it for several months, gained back 7 pounds & am now back on.
