Yes buy another pack. I started out losing 9 lbs. the first week then none the second. On the tird week I lost 7 lbs. then none on the fourth week. After that I have been consistantly losing 2 pounds a week. When I started I thought this is going to be a piece of cke because of my high loss weight the first week then when I didn't lose the next I was ok with it because I rationalized it as 4.5 lbs a week over a two week period but then that dropped to 3.5 lbs. over a two week period and now I am at 2 lbs. a week. But I have lost 28ls in an 8 week period which averages out to about 3.5 a week. But i do know for a healthy weight loss if you lose 2-3 lbs. a week you are more likely to keep it off and be healthy doing it. Keep going you can do it. I have and I plan on going all the way hope to see you there.

Thank you, you are very inspirational, your weight loss sounds a lot like mine, but I am still doing the one week I lose, the next week I dont routine. Sometimes it is a little discouraging, but I keep my head high and my will power soaring so I can get to my goal weight. Thank you again for your inspiring words

I am just starting and my greatest fear is that I will not stick with it because I am not loosing the weight fast enough. Logically I know it takes a while to develop the good eating and exercise habits. I am now a tight size 14 and weigh 170 lbs. I am on my way to 135 and hopefully a comfortable size 10.

wear a size 10 (sometimes bigger, seldomly smaller)
I would love to get down to a size 6 but a small size 8 would be wonderful! I could wear my clothes again!
My biggest problem with sizes is I have a large chest for my body... A 36 D (should probably wear DD) and a size 8 waist...

Hi All, Well, I was kinda upset cuz I didn't lose any weight this week. Then I tried on some of my old clothes and I got into a couple of 12's. Yeah, they have some stretch in them and they are Bill Blass (which run a little big) but I am gonna take it. And I feel better about my week now. Sometimes it's not just about the weight.
