But doesnt regular laughter burn calories? Extreme laughter might give you enough to burn off that roll...
Oh and Sher- I would be more concerned about someone stopping the rolling once the momentum was built up...less about getting up. Something like human Bowling...LOL
I already do some sort of 3 min thing- I will sit down and eat one pea or one green bean at a time and by the time I get to the rest of the good stuff I have already quenched that crazed hunger. It makes the meal last so much longer and I seem to get full faster too....
