You can absolutely use Alli with other diet plans as long as they are not extremely low fat or fat free plans. Alli will work by blocking the absorption of 25% of the fat in the meal that you are consuming. Without fat, Alli won't block anything and you won't have any calorie savings. There are many people following the Weight Watchers plan with this and are having success doing so. The research shows that you can lose up to 50% more by using Alli along with your diet. So, if you were to lose 20 pounds with Weight Watchers, you could lose 10 lbs more for a total of 30 lbs by adding Alli to your plan.
