    3lbs gone, no "treatment" effects and I havent been particularly "Perfect" with my diet.

     

    So far so good!

    Way to go!  I started on 8/27 but I haven't weighed yet.  I am going to wait until one week.  I haven't had any treatment effects either.  I am so happy for you.  I hope I will be as successful! Yeah for you!!!  DAW
