Thanks. I actually have been playing around with the numbers a few days each to give it some time since your weight can be reflected by what you ate a couple days prior. And it seems for 4-5 days in a row with the same numbers for me (1440/36) only taken in fat during meals, not in my 2 snacks I seem to either lose weight or stay stable. When I raised my fat beyond that, a few times, I gain weight. Its very interesting to see how I can move my numbers here lately.
Try and play with your numbers a bit around your core target guideline. And after a few days see if your go up, down or stay stable with your weight. Of ourse you will need to take into consideration if your around your menstrual cycle knowing that can throw all of us off!! LOL
