    lost 58 pounds

    just want to say that I have already lost 58 pounds since July 14. That is the day I started Alli. Go Alli Go!!

    WOW!!!!!!!!! how did you do that? i am down 28 since june 18 - do you have any good tips for any of us - diet? exercise? congratulations!!!!!!! cathy

    I'm down 47lbs since July 8th....no magic, just daily exercise and the Alli low-fat diet. Portion control has always been my weakness so now I weigh, measure and log everything I eat. I must admit, it was a bit tedious at first but now it's part of my routine.

    Awesome job Susan keep up the good work. 

    I am down 26 lbs since June 18 and am so very happy with Alli.  I just packed up 2 bags of toooo big clothes for Goodwill (in the past attempts I have kept the clothes and then slowly grew back into them).  Cheryl Ladd once said she uses her jeans as the scale if they start to get tight she knows to cut back a little, that is also going to be my guide after I lose the remaining  34 lbs.

    We CAN do this!!!

    Hi Susan-bill,

    As good as your weight loss may feel it is not healthy to lose 58 lbs in 7 weeks. This is your first post on here so I have no information on you. You need to stick with the calories that were given to you and go for a 1 to 2 lb weight loss per week after the first couple of weeks. If this post is accurate I recommend that you make an appointment with your physician to get a thorough physical. Losing too quickly can be detrimental to your health so your doctor needs to get involved at this point.
