Join Here - if you lost 30 lbs or more with the Alli Plan

I started Alli around 1 July of 2007 at 237 lbs with a 44 inch waste. I have lost 37 lbs and droped from  44 to 42 to 40 to 38 and now headed to a 36 inch waste. I have found all type of replacment foods, My daughter started with me and she has lost 32 lbs.

Breakfast is important.. I have one of three foods. Try Jimmy Deans Turkey Sauage or Morning Star... Got rid of the FAT there.  Use 2% american or peperjack cheese (for Spice). and 100 calorie english muffin.  For Eggs we have gone to the egg beaters.

Try : english muffin , 1 turkey sauage, 1 pepperjack cheese, one eggbeater egg and You have a fantastic egg and sauage biscuit.

Or an eggbeater egg with onion cut up in it as an omlet and put a little Tostitos Chunk Salsa on it with 40 calories a slice of toast.  Um Um good.

Want cereal.... Special K is only 110 calories for 1/2 a cup with 2% milk. With a piece of fruit . Fantastic

For Lunch -  Eat any Lean Cusine you want with a diet drink. I like the salsbery steak and macorini and cheese. Other are just as good to. try a 99% far free ham and chees sandwitch... GREAT !!!  Lays has some really good 1/2 the calories BBQ chips that are FAT FREE with olestra.

NOW WE HAVE KNOCKED OUT TWO MEALS AND ARE UNDER 700 CALORIES and less than 5 grams of fat.

That leaves of plenty of room for a nice Supper.... then before bed its exercise time.  15- 20 minutes  (with music, it helps)

WE have now made it through with less than 1500 to 1800 calories and on the way to droping those lbs.

What have you done to drop your lbs and what good healthy foods have you found. Lets Share.

Any Healthy good tasting cookies out there ??????

Im at 28 pound loss so far. I like the Kashi "oatmeal dark chocolate. They are 130 calories and 5gram of fat.If i dont have many fat grams at lunch i have one of these.Even my daughter had one and said they are good. They are a very heavy cookie.

I have been following my 1800/60 program and also started to walk starting at 1/2 to 1mile to now being able to do 1 1/2 miles.

I also lke the Quaker mini delights 90 calorie packs.I like the one with the chocolate drizzle on them.only 3.5 grams of fat.

My other favorite thing is frozen cherries or rasberries with cool whip.

I usually only have cereal (special k and lot fat milk so no pill) in the morning. On the weekends i splurge and have a  omelet or the farmers breakfast(on Alli nutrition). This was very good potatoes, onion, cheese, ham and egg beaters.             Linda

A year from now you will wish you had started today.

Re: Join Here - if you lost 30 lbs or more with the Alli Plan

Congrats on your loss!   I started June 21st and am down 34 lbs as of my last check in.   I love the Ball Park turkey franks (45 calories and 0 fat) team that up with a sara lee wheat hot dog bun wolfe brand turkey chili, 2oz low fat kraft cheddar cheese (grated) and 15 lays baked potato chips.  Only 430 calories and 8 grams of fat.

You can also do a baked potato with the 1 cup turkey chili and 1/4 cup grated cheese for a yummy chili covered  baked potato.  580 calories and 8 grams of fat.

I find myself eating lots of lean cuisine meals or the smart ones by weight watchers (3 cheese ziti is my favorite)   I also love the pilgrims pride all white meat baked not fried chicken nuggets.  They are yummy with some honey mustard or bbq sauce for dipping.   Good luck everyone!

    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!

I'm happy to report I've lost 42 lbs since June 25th.

I'm on the 1800 calories / 19 grams program.  I can't seem to reach all those calories but I come close to it.  now the grams of fat..... I am close to that for lunch and dinner but well under the total # for the day.

I walk to and from the train station to the office and 5 days a week I do light arobics (sweating to the oldies - Richard Simmons) 15-20 minutes.
