    Re: weight watchers

I started on weight watchers on Tuesday and excited about the program . I have been reading about alli the last month and very curious about the pill. It seems that the pill and weight watchers would work really well together to help lose weight. So please inform us of your progress and share anything you might feel might help us out. Thanks!

    Re: weight watchers

I have been on weight watchers for 3 weeks now and have lost 7 lbs so far... that plan really does work... Im hoping that alli can help me take it off a little faster... I couldnt wait until today (the 14th) to get my hands on it... im currently allowed 24 pts a day on ww... and I go to the gym 3 days a week sometimes 4 and ride 10 miles a day on an exercise bike...I hope it shows results soon ... good luck  on your mission!!!!! Linda :-)

    Re: weight watchers

I too am I fellow ww member and have been for 2 yrs. I had lost 25lbs and was down in the inches...but having to have surgery in April and not being able to work out...needless to say I want to get back to where I was! I bought the 90-day starter kit today and am excited to work in with my ww plan. I think it will be a challange but helpful to keep me on the straight and narrow. Question for you...which plan do you think will work better with Alli??

    Re: weight watchers

I have been using the ww plan (flex points) since November of 06 and have lost 30 pounds in 6 mo.  I bought and started using Alli to help boost my diet.  I will continue using the ww plan watching the fat grams per meal.  The only thing I can see that I will have to change is that I won't be able to "bank" my points to use for a big meal...I'll have to spread them out more evenly which is probably a healthier thing to do anyway.  I'm excited for the added help and am excited to see if my results change.  I have 30 more pounds to loose and am hoping to do it in less time.

    Re: weight watchers

I  am doing WW with the Alli too. I have been going to WW for a year now and I keep going up and down. I reached my goal and quit going for a while and now the weight is slowly creeping back up...  I thought I seen a site for the WW with Alli posts?

    Re: weight watchers

I too have been on WW.  Doing well on the plan. I want to start Alli, I bought it , but am worried about the amount of water we drink on WW.  The Alli diet does not address the dietary requirement for fluid intake.  Any of you fellow WW seen anything in the Alli program regarding fluid intake?

    Re: weight watchers

I'm doing WW too and I started Alli 3 days ago.  However, today I had an unexpected lunch date and forgot to take my Alli before lunch.  Do I take it now?  Or just wait for dinner and take it then?

    Re: weight watchers

I am doing the flex plan. I actually first got Xenical from the Dr but alli is cheaper :-) esp when insurance wont pay. My Dr told me you could take it up to an hour after you eat.

    Re: weight watchers

I have been doing WW flex plan a few months now and have lost right at 40lbs.  I still have 35 to go and I am starting Alli today to compliment my diet.  After some research on Alli I feel it should work with WW wonderfully.  I am hoping to loose the last few lbs. at a more moderate rate taking Alli and I will continue to drink my water per WW suggestions. Good luck everyone !!
