Does anyone no if we can have coffee with some sort of cream Im assuming it has to be milk skim
As long as you "count" the additives "jftball76," I think you can choose what to put in your coffee. I usually have skim milk, and I don't think I'd be putting heavy cream in it :-) BUT the choice is yours.

allow me to answer that since I work for STARBUCKS..."dun dun DUN!!!! If you like your creamy coffee, like a latte get a short (8oz.) cappuccino (more foam less milk volume) or a latte. I get one pump of regular flavor or the sugar free syrup and add splenda. If you just want regular coffee use the non fat dairy creamer/powder or non fat milk. Because half and half and heavy whipping cream are killer. You can use whole milk since you're not using like a whole serving.
I recommend using whole or skim milk, measuring the milk, and being sure to count it with your daily calories. Coffee has some beneficial attributes, but drinking it black can zap your calcium. You can offset that by drinking it with milk.
I have one cup a day and use the fat free coffee mate creamer. I don't measure because I know that one cup will not do me in. I don't add any sugar either. I do take it with skim milk sometimes but I like my coffee light and the skim milk doesn't always cut it.
