I really don't think I would have made it this far without you guys.  Every day I get remotivated.  You guys understand why we take alli, no need for explanations to you, you understand what it's like to crave fattening foods, you understand what it's like to blow your diet once in awhile, you understand all about the TEs and even share some funny experiences, it's all okay with you, and that's what gives me the motivation to continue instead of giving up.  I've been on the "plan" since June 16, 21 pound loss, and have not lost my enthusiasm for a single day - all because of YOU!  Please everybody take a big bow!

 I agree .. that is what keeps me going ... the folks here understand me.  Many are obese as I am (or were obese) and are great motivators !!!

You started about a week before I did (I started the pills on June 23) and am down 25 lbs.  I haven't stuck with anything (weight loss wise) this long in I can't remember when (probably because it's never happened hahaha)

I love it too! It keeps me motivated because, honestly, I KNOW I would have quit by now without the support I find here. Since I'm stuck in my apartment all day and the only person I've told about Alli is my boyfriend and he's not always supportive, I have no other support. Seriously:

I agree.I have started so many diets and lost 5 or 10 pounds and then stopped.and i have so many diet books and life style changes books.And i agree this group and the support are" PRICELESS."
