4 med size sweet potatoes (washed, peeled and cut into 2" pieces)
2 med size sweet onions (peel, cut onions into 1" pieces).
Toss sweet potatoe, onion with 1 tlbs extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning and 1/4 tsp sea salt.
Spray 15 X 10 " pan bake in 425 degree oven 35 min or until tender, stirring occasionally
