i read that you have some mighty good mexican recipes.. i too made my tamales, pork, chicken and beef.. i didnt use lard either.. margarine.. still turned out great ,,
anyway i am really interested in getting some of your recipes!!! how do we do this..?? i am a 'newbie'.. just starting today actually!!! wasnt planned.. just sorta happened.. and am very excited!!!
