    Worchestershire chicken

I thought I would share my chicken tender recipe with you guys so easy to fix and tasty. I made this recipe up myself. OK ready!!!!

Chicken tenders (can be frozen no need to wait for them to thaw) spray tenders and pan with canola oil (fat free) sprinkle with Barbecue seasoning add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce (about three shakes per piece) not to heavy. Cook at 425 uncovered takes about 20 to 25 minutes or until done or browned to your liking.

O GRAMS OF FAT PER TENDER IF THAT MAYBE 100 CALORIES PER SERVING (2 TENDERS) USEING GUIDELINES OF THE PACKAGE

It really is goooooooooood to be so simple. Let me know what you guys think (please try it you may like it). Have it in your salad or a sandwich with a baked potatoe on a bed of rice get the idea. sherylh

Don't want this to be a dumb question, but I'm not familiar w/ BBQ seasoning. I figure it is found in the spice aisle of the grocery.  Is your's a particular brand?

    Thanks,

    Janie

Not a dumb question at all - I was wondering the same thing.  Is it just called BBQ seasoning on the label?  Is it a powder?  The recipe sounds really great - I love worchestershire sauce!

    Re: Worchestershire chicken

Sounds really good....I just took out a pack of chicken tenders to defrost. My hubby and kids love chicken so this will be a good thing to make for the whole family.

    Thanks!
