This is a recipe I came up with to not only meet my daily fat grams but to feel like I am having dessert.
1/2 medium banana 105 calories and .4 grams fat
1/2 tablespoon reduced fat Jif cruncey peanut butter - 47 calories and 3 fat grams
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup - 10 calories and 0 fat grams
1 tablespoon of fat free whipped topping - 10 calories and 0 fat grams
Grand total 172 calories and 3.4 grams fat
I have this after dinner making sure to not exceed daily 1800/60 and incorporating it as my evening snack!
