here is one luch idea...might will enjoy...
Chicken keema sandwich:
1/2 tsp oil,add 1 big onion chopped
add salt so onion will get browned quick will less oil
add garlic ginger paste 1 tsp,coriander powder,turmeric,chili powder ...saute for 3-4 mins
add chicken keema ..about 1 cup (u get it in chicken section only...no need to wash/cut etc.)
"without adding any water" saute the things & put cover...try to break/crumble the keema in between till it cooks...may be 5-7 mins.
add lot of chopped coriander !!
in sandwich maker...put keema in between two whole wheat breads..make a san. & have it hot with ketchup !!
2 breads-100cals (nature's own brand)
keema-abt 150 cals for 1 sandwich
oil,onion & spices etc -not more than 100 cals....ta da !!! 100 % sure..must be within 400 cals & with lots of protein/fiber
