I have been off and On...
I have decided to make one more attempt to this plan. I am going to take Alli and then workout everyday be it walking or Yoga or other physical activity...like Gardening.
I am going to post some of my menus for different time.
I will post them in batches and see if it sound good to Indian Community on Alli
But remember i am a vegetarian and i do not hav enay Non-veg ideas!
TO begin with here is day one
Vegetarian Menus Day one
Breakfast
5 almonds Skinned after soaking them overnight
1 cup Dalia with 1% milk and Honey and Raisins.
I hoep you all know how ot make Dalia!
Snack
Cut apples with a bit of diluted Peanut butter
Lunch
Mediterranean Sandwich
2 Slices of bread Toasted with out butter or oil (grill it or toast it)
Few drops of Raspberry/strawberry Vinaigrette
Cilantro Hummus
Fat free Feta Cheese
Slices of Cucumber, Tomatoes and a leaf of Romaine lettuce
Toast the bread, sprinkle Vinaigrette apply Cilantro Hummus, FF Feta Cheese, Slices of cucumber and tomato, romaine lettuce and load it up.
Believe me this is one low calorie very filling lunch that can be enjoyed for Dinner as well.
Few carrots and a glass of Lassi
(fat free Butter milk add a tsp of Mint chutney)
Snack
Keep a bag of Roasted Chan and a bit of Jaggery
Try having a handful with Chai
Dinner
2 Roti
1 cup dal
1 cup any Subji ( I am making Palak with aloo) I will give tadka of carmelised garlic)
½ cup rice ( if you must have rice )
I recommend eat either rice or Roti in any meal.
Fat free yogurt ( make it at home to save cost)
Add a bit of sugar and vanilla flavour for dessert
Now be prepared to drink water or have a bit of Watermelon.
