I am 5 weeks in to my diet/lifestyle change and I have lost 11 pounds (currently 305). This may not seem like too much, but I can feel it already. I want to get down to 300 by the end of October and 200 overall.
I have 5 pounds to go before the end of the month, which should be pretty easy considering I have been averaging a little over 2 pounds a week. I also want to get down to 285 by the end of the year.
