Don't throw out the Guiness! The draught is actually pretty decent compared to other, more common (i.e. less tasteful!) beers. Plus....when you're talkng less than 50 calories difference per beer - you're not talking about a lot of calories.....just make adjustments in your day.
Here's to health and happiness! Down the Guiness!
HCIRGIB,
You are my HERO! I am not a male, but I DO love my beer so thought I would see what you guys have to say here. The fact that you drink 6 beers a day and have lost 30 pounds is so right on! I am an avid drinker and have cut back a lot. And though I have not been drinking 6 plus beers a day over the past few months it is nice to consider that I can drink 6 beers if I alott for them. Cheers to you oh skinny man!!

I prefer a good mexican beer with a big slice of lime, that way I can get my fruit in at the same time.
I saw a different twist on beer recently and I had to try it out. It was called "Joose" I think and it came in two flavors. It is a "Malt Beverage" with all of that natural energy drink stuff in it like you'd find in a RedBull or FullThrottle. I guess it's the alternative to a JaegerBomb for those that do not drink Jaegermeister. There was orange and grape and they weren't really half bad.........once you consider that one flavor was 8% alcohol and the other was 9%. The taste didn't last long once the effects of the alcohol started to take hold. I'm not sure I'd drink them regularly though. Food, or drink, for thought.
