    Mix together -

    6 oz. ground lamb, 6 oz. lean ground beef, l teaspoon each - onion powder, garlic powder, and dried oregano, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, l/4 teaspoon salt and 3 minced garlic cloves. Shape into 2 - 3 x 6 inch loaves and broil on low 8 minutes a side. 4 servings - meat only 180 calories, 13 gr. of fat

    Serve in pita bread with onion, lettuce, tomato and Tzatziki sauce - l/2 cup peeled, shredded cucumber, 1/2 cup plain, fat free yogurt, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, l/4 teaspoon salt and 1 minced garlic clove. Combine. 1/4 cup sauce = 33 calories, 0 fat.

    Sounds great ... don't see why I couldn't roll them into small meatball type shape and make it into a falafel :)

    YUM! I can't wait to try this. I am going to have to search high and low where I live for ground Lamb, but it will be worth it!
